Specific but thorough assessment of injuries following the TOTAPS protocol (Talk, Observe, Touch, Active and Passive Movements, Skills Test) which helps identify the nature and extent of the injury, the location of injury, and the underlying cause of the injury.

Rehabilitation plan
An individualised rehabilitation/exercise plan designed for each client based on the type of injury, the severity of the injury, how long the injury has been causing an issue and a plan to recovery from the injury.
A rehabilitation plan includes exercises and stretches to help strengthen the injured muscle or joint, promote both injury recovery & injury prevention.
